About Perez Plumbing LLC

How Perez Plumbing started

Jaime Perez has been a plumber for 7 years. In that time he has worked in homes across Colorado, replacing water and drain lines, digging out and replacing old clay and iron pipe, changing water heaters, valves, toilets and showers, and clearing lines that other fixes have not held.

For much of that time he did that work for other companies, and the customers saw the company name, not his. Friends in the trade kept asking him the same question: if you know how to do all of this, why not do it under your own name? So, with his son beside him, he started Perez Plumbing.

The company is still small, and that is the point. When you call, you reach the people who will be at your house. When something needs a decision, Jaime makes it, and he stands behind it.

What we believe about the work

Jaime is blunt about one thing: a job is not done when the work is finished, it is done when it is right. He has worked alongside people who are there only to put in the day, and he does not work that way. He looks over the work himself, because, as he puts it, the responsibility is his.

That shows up in small ways. Trenches are laid out so the pipe has the right slope. Old pipe is replaced rather than patched when patching will not hold. The explanation you get is the one he would want to hear if it were his own house.

What you can count on

• A clear quote before the work starts. We explain what is driving the price and what is included.
• A straight answer on repair versus replace. If a smaller fix will hold, we say so.
• Your language. Two Spanish lines and one English line, so you can describe the problem the way you actually say it.
• The work is tested before we leave. We run the water, check the connections and show you what was done.
